Studies of the Japanese Stewartia Tree
This work continues my exploration of the abstract qualities inherent in natural forms. These are "macro" images of the bark and blossoms of the Japanese stewartia tree captured at the Arnold Arboretum in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.
